The apprenticeship
I began as an apprentice at a STOTT PILATES® Licensed Training Center. I learned by doing: observing, practicing, assisting, teaching, and returning to the work until it became part of me.

From apprentice to studio owner, from the Bahamas back home to Williamsport, and from teaching Pilates to navigating osteoporosis myself—this work has never been only about exercise.

My journey
I began as an apprentice at a STOTT PILATES® Licensed Training Center. I learned by doing: observing, practicing, assisting, teaching, and returning to the work until it became part of me.
I became a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor and continued studying injuries and special populations, anatomy, postural analysis, stretching, yoga, barre, and mindful movement.
I became the owner of Pilates In Paradise at Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island in Nassau, Bahamas. Those years shaped me as an instructor, business owner, mentor, and movement professional.
Back in Williamsport, I created Revive & Align Pilates: a studio where people are known, instruction is personal, and movement is taught as a lifelong skill—not a performance.

When the work became personal
My own experience with early menopause and osteoporosis gave new urgency to the work I was already doing. I understood the fear, the confusing information, and the desire to keep living fully without treating the body as fragile.
That experience deepened my focus on bone health, posture, balance, functional strength, and safe progression. It also reinforced what I have always believed: movement should prepare you for life.
“I don’t want women to feel afraid of their bodies. I want them to understand them, strengthen them, and trust what they are capable of.”
What I believe
When you understand why you are moving, you can carry that knowledge beyond the studio.
The goal is not an impressive exercise. It is greater capacity for the things that matter to you.
You deserve challenge, care, and a pathway that respects where your body is today.
